Mike Roberson, the craftsman behind Story Time Salsa, has spent the last 45 years flying to destinations around the world as a career aviator. His jobs in national defense, civilian aviation, and as a commercial airline pilot have taken him to nearly every continent on Earth and have exposed him to diverse cultures, people, and food from around the globe. These travels have provided Mike with countless stories and instilled in him a passion for creating unique recipes of his own.

A foodie at heart with a lifelong love of all things tomato, Mike has spent the past twenty years perfecting what he believes to be simply the best salsa on the planet. Starting from an old family recipe and taking inspiration from the great salsas he’s sampled while traveling the world, Mike has lovingly crafted a salsa recipe that tops even the best of them. 

Prepared to unrelenting standards and using only the best ingredients—with a few little secrets thrown in—Mike’s salsas have been a central feature at family gatherings for years.
